Founded by industry veteran Russ Garner, whose journey from a humble stagehand at Crew One to a nationally touring drummer, and ultimately to a seasoned manager, embodies our ethos. Through years of firsthand experience, Russ has navigated every facet of the music industry.

Carmen Hagan
Agent
Originally hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Carmen has been surrounded by music her entire life. Having Panamanian and American citizenship, she’s been able to intersect and understand different genres of music spanning from rock to cumbia.
Carmen is a recent graduate from College of Charleston majoring in communication and minoring in French. While at the college, she interned at Ohm Radio 96.3 F.M which is Charleston’s first commercial-free local radio station. There, she was a radio announcer producing 14 of her own shows. She strives to provide a well-rounded approach to the agent industry as well as being able to effectively manage events and artists using her communication skills.
Brandon Gick
Assistant Manager
Brandon Gick is a dynamic music industry professional, drummer, and educator with a background in artist relations, event booking, and live performance. With years of hands-on experience in the music business, he has worked in artist development, festival planning, and venue operations, making a lasting impact in both the live music scene and music education.
While studying at Ball State University, Brandon founded Lame Brain Productions, a student-led organization that booked shows at local venues and hosted three music festivals between 2016 and 2019. His leadership in event production and talent booking led to his selection for Ball State’s student-led record label, Beneficence Records, where he served as Head of Artist Relations and the legal team in spring of 2018. He further honed his expertise as an assistant booking agent at HIFI music venue in Indianapolis during his senior internship in 2018.
After relocating to Nashville in 2022, Brandon has been an active performer, playing drums on Nashville’s Broadway and on tour while also sharing his knowledge as a music instructor at Music Lab Nashville. His diverse experience in performance, education, and the business side of music makes him a well-rounded and passionate contributor to the industry.
